Entry Level Recruitment Sigachi is always on a lookout for young bright students with at least 1 year of experience in the relevant field to augment it’s expansion / diversification plans. These recruitments are usually organized twice a year and are well informed in the Local Media.

Middle Management Opportunities: Opportunities at the middle management level are available from time to time in Manufacturing, Marketing, Purchase, Commercial & Logistics, Finance and Accounts & Secretarial division for all our units. These Opportunities are advertised on the Company's web-site and interested candidates are invited to apply on-line. These positions require specific skill-sets and experience. Other basic attributes that Sigachi looks for are integrity, intellectual rigour, a "will do" attitude, high energy, creativity, leadership, team skills and the ability to think strategically. An essential focus while inducting talent at the middle and senior management levels is the new learning that the candidate will bring into Sigachi.
